Sorry for the 8-minute-long rant, but I'm so upset.
After years of selling on Etsy with a five-star rating, Etsy permanently suspended my shop for “potentially fraudulent activity.” The problem? They won't tell me what I supposedly did.
I appealed. They denied it. I tried to contact support. I can't even access the Help Center because I'm locked out of my account.
Years of listings, product photos, videos, links from my YouTube channel and blog, and even 500 business cards I JUST had printed with my Etsy shop on them... basically useless overnight.
So now I'm rebuilding my shop somewhere I actually have more control over my own business.
And apparently, I'm far from the only seller this has happened to.
In this video, I'm sharing exactly what happened, what Etsy told me, what happened when I appealed, and some of the other stories I found from sellers who say they were suddenly suspended too.
